Vanessa and Caren (the midwives) were very professional and efficient. They made me feel very welcomed in/on the ward. I think the staff are doing very good job.

Day staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.
Night staff at the beginning were very rude and non compassionate.
Generally the nurses were very nice.

The nurses are just magnificient, incredibly patient and caring. They work without stopping. But always have time to respond to a specific need from a patient. Their bedside manner, friendly but firm is exemplary.
But they spend too much time making the best of shortages of staff, equipment and consumables. Almost everything needed involved a search to find the bits and pieces to do the most routine of procedures.
